No. PrepVo is an independent exam preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. We prepare you for the real exam using our own content.
Do I need a credit card to try it?+
No. You can sign up free with email or Google and use the free tier with no payment details. You only pay if you decide to upgrade to Premium.
How accurate is the instant scoring?+
Our scoring is calibrated against the official band descriptors and rubrics for IELTS and TOEIC. It gets you a reliable signal of where you are right now and what to work on. It is not a guarantee of your exam day score.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly and 6 Months plans auto renew but you can cancel from your account settings before the next renewal. The Exam Pass is a one time payment that does not auto renew.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
GCash, Maya, and credit or debit cards through PayMongo. All prices are in Philippine Pesos.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?+

Both, in full. All 7 TOEIC parts, and all four IELTS skills across Academic and General. Pick one exam or switch between them any time from your dashboard.
