Terms of Service

PrepVo is an independent exam preparation service. PrepVo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to ETS (makers of TOEIC), the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners. References to TOEIC and IELTS are made solely for descriptive purposes to inform users about the exams our content prepares them for.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@prepvo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, or republish any practice content, questions, audio, or explanations from the Service.
• Share your account with other people or operate multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

The Service offers a free tier with limited daily practice sessions and a paid Premium tier with additional features including unlimited sessions, instant explanations, and instant scoring for Writing and Speaking. Plans, features, and pricing are described on our Upgrade page and may change with notice.

Payments are processed by PayMongo. By purchasing a plan, you authorize PayMongo to charge your chosen payment method (GCash, Maya, or card) the displayed amount in Philippine Pesos.

Monthly and 6 Months subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. The Exam Pass is a one time payment with no automatic renewal; access ends 90 days after purchase.

You may cancel auto renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All practice questions, passages, audio recordings, explanations, scoring rubrics, designs, and software used in the Service are owned by PrepVo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to use the Service for your own exam preparation only.

Submissions you make (such as Writing essays and Speaking recordings) remain yours. You grant PrepVo a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing scoring and feedback to you.

The Service is a study aid. We do not guarantee any specific score, band, or exam outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, prior level, and exam day performance.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepVo and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or PHP 1,000, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page. We will notify you of material changes by email or in app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
